Training

At present, we hold free, coached sessions on Sunday mornings (9:30am, Roker Beach, Sunderland) and Tuesday evenings (6:30pm, Bungalow Cafe, Roker) where we run 2.5km - 4km as well as an open water swim in the sea (Sundays only). And yes, we swim during winter. This is optional though!


Our race organiser, Chris Nicholas, is currently going through his British Triathlon Federation Coaching qualifications. Once that’s complete, we’ll be working with the BTF to put on official GoTri training sessions.
